-MX Player is probably my favorite at this point. It keeps folder structures (though I wish it did folder thumbnails). It dims the bottom bar. Though, honestly, I'd rather it go full screen and hide the bottom bar altogether.

I actually kind-of like the setup of WebOS where you have a gallery view with thumbnails and some sense of organization.
