It's noticeably faster, handles live wallpaper much better, and looks good. I like the blue colour theme.
I've done it straight after v 2.3.6 installation and approximately after 1 hour received v.4.0.4 OTA update and install it. All works fine. Thank's for advice.
PS: My personal observation after 1 week Android v4.0.4 usage - it is slower than v.2.3.3 on Nexus S. After installing new android significant braking appeared especially when using Android Market, and Google Search widget also from time to time there are braking after pushing Home Button or Applications menu and generally when using all applications.
Summary: Nexus S works visibly faster on v2.3.3 than on v.4.0.4.
