Hello all,

I am currently running android 2.3.3 and I want to put my galaxy into maintence mode so I can root my phone and then put a new rom on, as my carrier only goes to 2.3.3.

I have followed rsgarcia888 guide on how to root your phone, but I cannot get into the maintenance mode, every time I press power + and middle button, the phone resets and it says in the top right corner Ram dump Mode, can anyone advice me where im going wrong?
