Yeah, it pauses the music when I get a phone call, which goes through my stereo unit. The stereo only had the bluetooth profiles for phone calls and not for A2DP. BUT there's an issue with the GNex. It's like it doesn't give enough bandwidth to the phone profile when you're doing both. The phone call will be crackled on both ends. If I unplug the Tunelink during a call, it takes about 10 seconds and then it fixes the phone call. I'm hoping the next software update fixes this. There's a whole thread on this here. Here it is:

Yeah, you can use any media source from the phone. I guess anything that brings up the media volume rocker should work. I use Ubermusic as my music player. I haven't used any streaming source since I got it, but it works.
I got the iPhone version of the Tunelink because I like the blue light over the green.
Plus apparently the new iOS version has issues connecting to the Android version in case you wanted to try the multiple people in car playlist thing that it does. lol.
