Um, excuse me for posting my opinion, but that is what it was. If you have a problem with the fact that my experience was disappointing, it is your problem. My post was no ad; recognize the fact that another user HAS BEEN GREATLY DIS-SATISFIED WITH THE PRODUCT AND SERVICES. Why is it an ad to express that and what I did about it and what else I am going to do? Who's to say you are not some TMO/Samsung employee talking up the product and service line? I have not and don't assume you are because you like the product.
