I think its due to missing lib files..
The thing is, when u make keyboard app like ICS keyboard or some other like SmartKeyboard a system app,they will got installed on reboot but the necessary lib files will not be extracted to /data/data/respected.app.data/lib...so we get FCs..if someone can remove that app from system app folder and install it as a normal app then it will definitely work.then we can get those lib files n put them to that respected data folder n keyboard will work.
