I will be going into AT&T tomorrow. I will see if they can switch the SIM card out.
I looked at her phone yesterday and she only has 3 apps installed. She has not installed anything recently, which makes me think it is a problem with AT&T or the phone itself.
I have not reset it yet, i will wait and see what AT&T says. Another problem with the data tracking apps is that since she "used" so much data, AT&T shut off her data altogether and it will not be turned back on until May 5.
