I had an issue with my Motorola Razr v3 with dust under the screen, and the response I got was that it was due to a defect in the manufacturing process and I could get it replaced. If I remember correctly, I was told that they are completely sealed in a dust-free environment, which means the only dust that will get under your screen is dust that was present in the phone during its manufacture.

I wrap it in a cloth because--apparently like everyone else--I'm a bit paranoid about trying to keep the phone in as good a condition as possible. Though by "wrap", I mean "tuck it around."
