Well, I have had my upgrade for a few days now, and while some of the increased battery drain can be accounted for by my playing around with the settings, one of the issues is not related to usage.

When I took my phone off the charger this morning it was showing as fully charged and after just over an hour with data on, but WiFi, GPS and BT all off, the charge was down around 90. I thought this meant I had a problem with fast drain so I plugged it in to charge it up so I could watch it more closely. When the main screen said "Charged", I left it plugged in and went to Settings=>Battery. That screen showed "95% - Full". I left it connected for another hour and checked several times. Each time the percent showing for the battery was either 94 or 95.

So what is the actual problem:
1) the system is misreporting the true charge level of the battery?
2) for some reason the battery is no longer charging up to its top level?

Note: the above does not mean that there is not also a problem with fast drain, but I have not returned to normal usage yet to give it a true test. When I do I will use it until the charge runs out to see if it does when the displayed charge gets to around 0.
