i always care for music i'm listening to. For me it's not just "hear-enjoy" stuffs. I always look after the lyrics, is it useful or at least entertaining positively. As another options, its always safe for me to go with instrumental music, especially solo guitar like steve vai, joe satriani, eric johnson, andy timmons or even paul gilbert.
