2 days ago HTC replied to me and there were NO delays in any launches and they didn't really seem concerned about the lawsuit.
Now take that for what it is worth and they wouldn't tell me if they were concerned, but the e-mail was re-assuring and they said they would let their customers knows pretty much ASAP with news about the lawsuit. |
I certainly would not tell my customers anything that would make them reconsider their interest in my products. I would do everything possible to reassure them that everything was just peachy.
