^beer only, no liquor. Only state stores can sell liquor in Pennsylvania.
I still can't understand PA's "case only" beer sales.
They have incredible distribution for some really rare beers that can't be had on much of the East Coast, but you have to go to "restaurant stores" to buy them. And thus pay crazy prices. ABCs and other state stores scare the crap out of me.
