i feel the directions may have been intentionally vauge to try and weed out some of the noobs that really shouldnt have been doing it.
a long time ago i had set up the entire sdk and put it in my path,so i just ran control bear from my downloads folder
biggest prollems i had were with the GF whom was waiting (not so)patiently for me to finish(she hates being second to the phone
