I'm just off the phone to Orange CS myself. I explained the problem and, although the advisor hadn't a scooby what I was on about at first, she quickly pulled up the blurb about Market and agreed that there's an issue that needs addressing. I've been promised that it will
be looked into, and I've also got a contact number for HTC which I'll call tomorrow and see if I can get more info. Tbh though I think the buck is going to stop with Google....
