Seems to me that the display and the 4G are soaking up a lot of juice. When I'm doing some heavy browsing/facebook/twitter/g+, the battery tends to drain pretty quickly and the phone heats up quite a bit. To me, it's not a big deal as long as my phone doesn't start rebooting like my Incredible ended up doing. Can't do any kind of web browsing/games without the damn thing overheating and rebooting eventually.
