I have installed the update 4.03.09 from the Gadgetfreakz website
Ainol Novo 7 Aurora - Android 4.0 - 7" IPS Tablet

this has allowed to me to watch BBC Iplayer clearly and without judder.
The update also allows you to update FLASH verrsion 11 .
