While I agree about a simple reboot being good for your phone, I don't agree that having a task killer is good for your phone. Ever since I removed mine, I have experienced an unquestionable difference in battery life and overall performance. And no, I wasn't killing off everything, only non essential apps like NFL and NASCAR etc.
