Is there anyway I can fix this? I've tried doing the reset, but cannot since it was rooted and I had CWM on it.
I swore I had made a backup in Titanium but I suppose not. Is there a way of fixing this by plugging it into my PC and resetting the root or sd card or data?
Like would someone be able to send me a good copy of theirs in .rar format or something?
Any and all help appreciated .

Since you were rooted prior to this happening you should be able to use this to flash back to stock:
Flash your M865 Ascend II back to Stock - PlayfulDroidz Wiki
You will lose all your data info on the phone
