Clean install with minimal use of TIBU didn't help much. Still got the reboot during sleep.

I see CM9 for the DroidX had a RC0 build (release candidate). Nice to see it nearing a stable build.

EDIT: Updated a month-old nandroid of CM9 to the latest nightly and it is indeed more stable. Not one reboot.
