Do you have a backup?
clear data and restart.. then restore if you wish.
clearing data will definitely solve the problem if u dont mind loosing the settings and apps :P
Boot into recovery by Vol Up+Home+Power
navigate to clear data using volume keys and press the home button.. navigate to yes and press home button..
select restart.
