Account services. Try these numbers 1 (877) 775-4886, 1 (877) 661-3933, and 1 (866) 235-1185. They may ask for the reason for your call. Tell them you are calling about the upgrade program and wanted to know how it works. If you agree to the amount, they will bill your account and usually with in a few hours it works. Then text upgrade to 1311. Hopes this helps.
