I had very good signal with Sprint in both of these areas.
I talked to them about it and they said that coverage isn't guaranteed everywhere. Which I understand. They said that my contract is valid and to cancel would be a 350.00 ETF. It would probably help if I got someone that spoke clear english. Lol
I got pretty upset the other day with full signal and 4G (HSPA+) it took my Note over 15 seconds to open a text email. No pics in it. Nothing major to download. Maybe a 2 kb email if that. I thought that was f'n redic.
Even with Sprint's 3G I never had data that slow. Lol
Please note - FCC Complaint Procedures
And if you're willing to do that, call them back and tell them that you intend to file a formal complaint if they won't reconsider, because you aren't getting services paid for.
They have to answer to each one of those and they can't be swept under the rug. They may let you out to avoid more than $350 in office fees to be rid of you.
Carriers hate that.
