On paper they have some great things to offer. Unfortunately, they lie in the same bed as T-Mo. They both need a new aggressive marketing direction. Sprint has unlimited data, now make it not crappy and brag(promote) the hell out of it.
T-Mo you have the best pricing and solid customer service. Now hit the competition head on with the proof.
