technically,yes,you can flash it,and prolly it will work. however,if you want to upgrade your firmware,i would use the download above so you get
ALL the firmware. you may have some funky data issues if you only use the radios.
take the above download,verify the md5.
-repalce the recovery with amon
-replace hboot with jpbear ICS hboot (you verified md5 when you donwloaded,correct?)
-if you want to use a custom splash,you could throw that in as well
flash away

answer is based on the assumption that you want to then immediately try an ICS rom. the above firmware combo will work great with ICS,but is not compatible with GB unless you change some things.
