There are two options for navigating theads in these forums ...
... the one one on the left (red) takes you to the
First New Post (the first message you have not read) ... the one on the right (blue) takes you to the
Last Post (the las message added to the thread).
I kept missing the fact that the one on the left existed. Thanks to
Unforgiven and
Xyro for this great observation.
