You act as though Sprints Sales associates are the only to have ever lied. Go to several car dealerships and ask if their car is the best or if their service is, I guarantee you each dealership will say theirs is the best every single time.
Moral of the story? Do your own research before deciding on a purchase.
As a used car salesman i take offense to that! lol jk
anywho, yes, a salesman will tell you what you want to hear to make a sale. as for something as WiMax which was under wraps, why were you asking a sales rep anyway? that was dumb on your part, they aren't going to know anymore than you are.
for LTE, as mentioned, Sprint is in charge of the rollout, it will be everywhere a sprint tower is... when? nobody knows but it will be coming...
if your fine with your phone then great, stick with it, but if you are looking to upgrade why let something like you don't have LTE yet hold you back? that doesn't make any sense to me? sure it'd be nice to have it but if your going to stay with sprint with your current phone you STILL don't have LTE, your not losing anything by upgrading, all you will be doing is future proofing yourself, so the day LTE comes live you will have access to it
