You need a file explorer then locate the following files and rename them:

Rename
/system/app/BlurUpdater_VZW.apk to BlurUpdater_VZW.apk.bak.
/system/app/BlurUpdater_VZW.odex to BlurUpdater_VZW.odex.bak
