UPDATE:

I just received the last item I had ordered(the bluetooth receiver) and all of the other components have been working flawlessly for about the last week, the M-Bus to RCA adapter even has gold plated connections, which was a nice surprise. The bluetooth receiver felt somewhat cheaply made, but seemed pretty sturdy. After charging it, pairing it with my Droid was a painless experience(once I got past the language barrier in the manual). Once I had the device paired, I played music over my computer speakers with it and found the sound quality to be better than expected, it won't be perfect for the people who care about that though. Once I had messed around with it a bit, I decided to turn off bluetooth(via the power widget) and cycle power on the receiver, to my enjoyment all the settings did in fact stay saved and the two were immediately paired upon turning bluetooth back on. After that I wasn't thinking and walked out of my room carrying my phone but with music still playing, I got almost to my kitchen, about 35ft and realized that the music was still playing just as clear as before. I was not aware that it would have this good range and was very pleasantly surprised.

All in all I would recommend all of these products, they outperform my expectations are most definitely the right price to make them a worthwhile investment. My only concern now will by battery life on the receiver, hopefully I will not have any issues, but if I do I will make sure to post another update on here.

I hope I helped someone that was feeling the same as me about car audio!
