Just so ya'll know I tested the receiver and it lasted exactly 1 hour and 45 mins during my test (playing music the entire time, at a pretty loud volume - volume that was comfortable for me), I started it at exactly 6:01 pm the other night, and it died and cut off at exactly 7:46 pm. I'm not really disappointed in the purchase to be honest, $13 was just too good of a deal and it still is quite useful. But just giving ya'll an idea of how long the battery lasts (me).
