I'm rooted. Removed bloatware.
No other tweaks. All else is stock.
I normally get 15-17hrs of use on light days consisting of texting and small amounts of Web browsing.
Heavier use 10hrs extremely heavy use 6hrs.
I don't use nor never will use juice defender or any battery apps.
No longer use app killers/task killers since android os 2.2 and up self manages those apps and the ram it uses. The 2.2os and up actually wants to use all the ram, this is how Google redesigned the os from 2.2 and up.
So that means I leave my apps running in the bg.
Also I turn off all radios when not using them; wifi, and bt, gps.
Also do not have any app with auto sync or push notifications active. I do it manually.
That's it. That simple. Doing to much with apps will cause to many issues and to much required matiance.
