Well I guess that depends on your definition of fully working. The VVM issue was already mentioned. The reason it doesn't work is because the 2.1 ROM's are based on Verizon's ROM, not Sprint's (since it hasn't been released). But again, there are alternatives. As far as the BofA app, I'm going to guess that if it doesn't work on any of the custom ROMs it probably won't work when Sprint releases there's either. That sounds to me as if BofA needs to update their app to work with Android 2.1, but that's just my guess. So in my opinion, the 2.1 ROM is fully functional. But your point is valid. If you rely on that app, you can't go to 2.1 if it doesn't work for you.
