The way the Droid manages contacts is one of the major reasons that I'm returning to BB. To me, the most important thing about my phone is email and my PIM functions. Droid fails in both contacts and calendar management, especially with the lack of ability to sync directly with Outlook and leave stuff exactly like I have spent a lot of time and effort getting set up.
