I use PandaHome which is pretty nice although the number of themes are somewhat limited at the moment. At least I found one I like. I wouldn't touch Fresh Face with a ten foot pole. Every time I've tried it (several), it has caused problems. One time it took everything I could muster to get my phone to the home screen just so I could uninstall the darn thing. Never again.
