well thx for your help, i installed this firmware and now it works (i have just a problem with wifi XD) [ROM][MINI/MINIPRO] 4.0.2.A.0.69 Generic - PreRooted [TO LOCKED/UNLOCKED BOOTLOADER] - xda-developers
so i will better get CM7.2RC2 from your posts and hope it is better and works ^^
