Ahh, that's right, forgot about the Droid battery life. I've always done my own car audio, so pulling the head unit to run an aux --> rca adapter behind my dash was the the first thing that occurred to me. I have my 3.5 cable coming out from behind the bottom of the console and becomes visible right near where the phone sits, so it's actually pretty clean.

Charging the phone is annoying, but that's still a problem for all of us. I think I'm going to invest in a dock....
