If you need to move internal app to sd( not all only some app) ,set priority to sd also.Follow the steps.You need to Install java jdk and Elipse.Connect usb to your pc ,cmd->goto android-sdk/tools -> adb device-> adb shell
You will be in shell mode
#pm setinstallionlocation 2
#exit
Install app2sd from googleplay, and settings ->select application ->move to sd
