No way I would keep a phone that has any issues. thats what the warranty is for.

Dont mean to be rude but obviously you're wrong. My husband and i both have these phones and no one can hear us on them. fin and big are not the only ones reporting this problem. google it. i agree that we should get new phones, but just because youre not having this particular problem, dont treat others that are as if we are stupid. consider yourself lucky that your phone isnt defective. i understand that not all of them are doing this but it seems the problem is more widespread than just a couple "lemon" phones
