Default T-Mobile "Total Internet Add-On"

Years ago, I would use my cell phone as a modem and dial into an ISP. Then T-Mobile began preventing the FSK audio of the modem. I was told that I would need to buy the "Total Internet Add-On" so I could use my PC with my cell phone. Now with the new smart phones, T-Mobile can make more money by limiting the data usage and charging more for extra data. Since the "Total Internet Add-On" package has unlimited data, they want to phase it out. First they created a subset of the package, and called teathering. Then, two months ago, they stopped my PC url access to TCP/IP port 80 (that's the http port) while roaming and tried to sell me teathering to get it back. Now they have stopped port 80 while "in network". Is there anyone else in this class? DontTreadOnMe at venangopa dot org.
