When I tested it a few minutes ago, it vibrated when I had sounds on but not when I turned sounds off. Hmm.... I'll check my settings again. I've looked at overall phone notification settings, Handcent settings and the native messaging app settings. Maybe I accidentally messed something up... wouldn't surprise me
