I figured out the problem. When I turn my sounds off using the
Mute. app (by MNO Company) - I get no vibrations. But if I use the volume button and turn sounds down all the way to no sound, I get vibration. Now that I found that out I see it's also been reported in at least one review so I guess I won't be using that app anymore!
