See attached image for spraying instruction Aim exactly where the arrow ends, not at the sensor but exactly there - this way it hits the sensor too.

Apparently it indeed has nothing to do with the firmware version. Shall we add that to the FAQ?
I've that keypad lockup problem during a call, and i want through 6 Samsung dealer stores but nobody could solve the problem. Searching the net and found your solution, I tried it which fixed my problem right the way, you're such a genius.
