The Note has the Pen but the S3 is getting one. Once the Snapdragon S3 is being made for Verizon, why not the Note with ICS. I don't get it.
If the S3 is getting an S-Pen, it would mean changing the type of screen it has from capacitive to capacitive/resistive. The S-pen is not a capcitive pen and won't work on a regular capacitive touch screen.
The Note's 1280x800 screen resolution gives it a 16:10 aspect ratio. The S3's 1280x720 screen resolution gives it a 16:9 aspect ratio. Don't really need screen dimensions to figure out aspect ratios. One can figure it out with the resolutions alone.
The S3 will come with ICS preinstalled.
I think carriers want to push S3 sales with ICS. I think it might be a deliberate ploy (delaying ICS on the Note) to ensure the S3 devices will be sold. I mean if a regular consumer saw ICS on the S3 and GB on the Note, they might want ICS regardless as it already has the latest OS.
Well, that's what I believe is happening.
