JC Sullins has posted a fix for this problem: Goo.im Downloads - Downloading cm9-tenderloin-chargefix-for-20120607-signed.zip
He suggests updating to the latest nightly before installing that. It appears to have fixed the issue for a couple people. 
I suspect this will be added to a nightly build soon.
