1. Register here and upload your pics:
ImageShack® - Online Photo and Video Hosting
2. When you upload copy the "Direct Link".
3. Open the reply box here and paste the link.
4. At the front of the link type [img] and at the end of the link type [/img]
5. Hit reply et voila your picture is on the forum.
