Nope, no real issues that I know of, of course it's not out yet on VZW and an OTA just went out for the GSM models...

Just DON"T activate the phone yourself! ALWAYS call Verizon and let them do it, carefully, making sure that nothing on the plan changes.
And the 28th is looking more & more like a solid release date
