famouszombie, did you download the ICS update from the lenovo OTA website? Or from this link:
http://sdrv.ms/JYFPao If it was the former, the update does not work. You have to apply the ICS 1.2 update first and then use the system update from your tablet to apply the Lenovo update. Unfortuantely it sounds like you are trying to apply the Lenovo update and you sort of bricked the phone. You'll need to download one of the updates from the lenovo website:
Index of /124795/slates/a1/OTA the _2643_US.zip and copy it onto an external SDCard. This will get you back into an Android OS so you can use the phone again. Then download the ICS 1.2 .zip file , run the update as before with the Power/volume buttons and you will have ICS installed. Then you can use the Lenovo ICS OTA over the air update.
