A few things:
1. I want ICS, but have been using the Holo launcher which mimicks the style very closely
2. Battery life is bad. Getting to be a lot worse. I can browse news in Pulse for 3 hrs before the thing gets down to 20%
3. Sprint sucks. I'm getting 50-150kbps up and down
