Default Terrible support from samsung

Is there a 'Rant' subforum here? Here is my rant:
I Bricked my Samsung Galaxy Mini. Rom Manager (yeah..I know) I sent it back to Samsung and they refused to repair it. Now fair enough if they had told me I'd voided my warranty by rooting etc, but they told me that I had voided my warranty because the battery pins were bent. They weren't. I photographed them and sent them to Samsung. They told me their engineer had examined the phone inside and out and that there was damage inside. I took the back off and photographed the inside. No damage.No bent pins. They said that they must trust the opinion of their engineer. The phone was not only out of warranty, it was 'beyond economical repair'. I sent it off to a bloke who Jtagged it for 20, It worked fine, I told samsung. They didn't reply. I told them again...they still didn't.
I sold the phone on ebay and got a s/h HTC desire for what I'd sold it for. Which is what I should have done in the first place.
