HTC Dream power button not working.
Hi all,
I'm new to this forum and I have a pretty irritating problem. My red power/call end/sleep button stopped working two days ago. It won't respond in any way and it just happened in the middle of the day during normal usage. I tried a full wipe and that didn't fix it. I'm past my warranty with HTC so I cannot send it back. Any suggestions for a hardware fix? I have looked at formatting different keys, but I wanted to sell the phone soon and I want to try to fix it. I have done hardware work with iphones and black berries but never a g1. Any suggestions on parts or what i need to fix?
