Did you put SetCPU on it and turn it up to 1Ghz? Honestly, it ran a little slow for me too the first day or so...then it seemed like a switch turned on. Still not the fastest ROM.
My posting this was not to convince people that this is the greatest rom. I'm actually running BB 0.9 (I've themed it and put Helix2 on it to make it look like Cyanogen) but BB IS more refined. Cyanogen has a very large upside and hopefully future releases will capture that. I just wanted to give people who didn't want to swap recoveries to check it out if they wanted to (without having to theme it...cause I don't like the look of it "out of the box").
